This exclusive one-night event invites guests on a culinary journey where Mediterranean elegance meets Asian flair, presented in an à la carte dinner experience.

The evening features two celebrated chefs, each bringing their signature styles to the table. Chef Manu, Executive Chef of Mano Beach House, highlights his Asian-inspired creations with Mediterranean touches, showcasing dishes such as Wagyu Bolar Blade Beef Tartare, Soybean Croquette, Grilled Prawn with Peri-Peri Sauce, and Lamb Merguez with Harissa. Meanwhile, Chef Samuel Barus, Chef de Cuisine of Padma Resort Legian, reinforces SKAI’s Mediterranean identity with indulgent highlights including Wagyu Striploin MB 6/7, 200+ Days Black Angus Tenderloin, and Oven-Baked Snapper en Papillote.
