Bangkok’s back in Berawa.
Mosto welcomes Bangkok’s Mod Kaew back to Berawa for the third time, bringing the two kitchens together again for one night of food, wine and plenty of things for the middle of the table.
By now, Mod Kaew needs little introduction. The Bangkok natural wine bar has become known for cooking that plays with bold flavours and unexpected combinations, while Mosto continues to do things its own way with no-boundary neo-bistro cooking.
For this one, the two kitchens will put together a menu somewhere in between. Familiar ingredients, unexpected combinations and dishes that move between ideas without worrying too much about where they belong.
On wine, Pablo Padilla, Thomas Pho and Federico Sirito will be pulling bottles from both sides, with some big ones and a few rarities making their way onto the list for the night.
