A Night of Purpose: Piano, Dinner and Ivan Yanakov at Padma Resort Legian
On Saturday, 3 October, BCF x Padma Resort Legian present “A Night With Purpose,” an evening of dinner and piano recital from Ivan Yanakov at the Plumeria Grand Ballroom.
Yanakov is an internationally acclaimed pianist and conductor who has performed in more than 30 countries and recently recorded Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with the London Symphony Orchestra. For this evening, he brings his Bulgarian roots into the program through works by Dobrinka Tabakova and Pancho Vladigerov, alongside Chopin, Gershwin and Rachmaninoff.
The night starts with wine, canapés and conversation, moves into a sit-down dinner and dessert, then closes with Yanakov at the piano, close enough to skip the usual concert hall distance. Proceeds go to Bali Children Foundation’s youth programs.
