MOSTO X UNWINED PLUS – TWO WINE BARS, ONE MENU
Mosto continues its run of cross-regional kitchen encounters, this time bringing Kuala Lumpur’s Unwined Plus to Berawa for a one-night meeting of two wine bars shaped by instinct, curiosity, and a shared tendency to leave the obvious behind.
Unwined Plus, the younger sibling of Kuala Lumpur’s Unwined, will be at Mosto for an evening built around natural wine, Chinese and Malay influences, and food that doesn’t stay in one lane for very long.
Led by Chef Lee and joined by Chef Lorenzo De Petris, the menu moves between places, flavours, and ideas without worrying too much about labels. Some dishes lean familiar, others less so. All of them are designed for the table.
Alongside the menu, Sunawi Wines will be pouring a special by-the-glass selection from Valtènesi, on the western shores of Lake Garda in Lombardia. Expect Cuvée Rosalia, Chardo, and Maceratio, available for the night only.
As always, bottles will be opened, plates will arrive when they’re ready, and the room will find its own pace as the evening unfolds.
