Oliverra – A Stunning Mediterranean Dining Experience on the Cliffs
Perched on the cliff edge at Umana Bali, Oliverra is the resort’s signature restaurant, and it takes you to the Mediterranean the moment you walk in. With the Indian Ocean stretched out in front of you, it’s one of the more memorable dinner settings in Uluwatu.
The restaurant is split into three spaces: The Dining Room, The Bar and The Veranda. Each has its own feel, so you can settle in for a proper dinner, or keep it lighter with a drink and a few plates at the bar.
Open daily from noon to 10pm, Oliverra is at its best around sunset, when the resort runs its Oliverra Sunset Cocktail experience. The menu travels around the Mediterranean, with food and drinks curated to match.
Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want a long dinner with a view, Oliverra is the place at Umana to book. Aim to arrive before the sun goes down, as the view does a lot of the work.
