The signature treatment is the Tri Hita Karana Journey, named after the Balinese philosophy of harmony between people, nature and the spiritual. It begins with a foot ritual, followed by a 60-minute scrub and wrap, a 30-minute bath ritual, a 90-minute massage and a 60-minute facial with a jade roller. Beyond that, you’ll find sound healing with crystal and Tibetan bowls, yoga on Melasti Beach, an Ayurvedic treatment called The Crown, cold water immersion, and a soul blessing ceremony.

Whether you’re after a quick massage or a full day of doing absolutely nothing, Lohma Spa is one of the best reasons to linger at Umana Bali. Just don’t book dinner too early.
