Uma Beach House – Peruvian Plates and Beach Days on Melasti
Down at the foot of the cliffs below Umana Bali, Uma Beach House is the resort’s beach club on Melasti Beach. The look takes its cue from Miami Beach, and the feel is easy and barefoot, the kind of place where lunch turns into a swim and a swim turns into sundowners.
The menu brings Peruvian and Mexican flavours to the shores of Bali, with a nod to Nikkei and a touch of local spice. Expect fresh, bright plates made for sharing, with a drinks list that’s been put together to match.
Open daily from 10am to 9pm, Uma Beach House works for a long lunch, an afternoon on the sand, or an early dinner as the light starts to go. For guests staying at Umana, it’s simply the beach end of the resort.
Whether you’re after a lazy beach day or a casual dinner with your toes in the sand, Uma Beach House is the more playful side of Umana Bali. Bring sunscreen and don’t make plans for the afternoon.
