Noema’s contemporary creative spirit. Designed for families, couples, expats, and travelers seeking a Christmas experience that feels both nostalgic and new, Creative Bloom transforms Christmas Eve and Christmas Day into two days of flavor, music, and immersive storytelling.
The celebration begins on 24 December with a Christmas buffet dinner at Mamaloma, featuring an
abundant international selection inspired by festive tables across the globe. Guests can enjoy
everything from roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, fresh oysters, and honey-glazed gammon ham,to charcoal-grilled favorites like beef chimichurri, red snapper pico de gallo, and miso-tamarind pumpkin skewers. A lively teppanyaki station adds a playful touch with harissa teriyaki king prawns and tuna in soy butter, while fresh bakery, pasta, pizza, hearty comfort dishes, vibrant plant-based selections, and a generous dessert station — including a flowing chocolate fountain to complete the feast.
