The evening features two celebrated chefs, each bringing their signature styles to the table. Chef Manu, Executive Chef of Mano Beach House, highlights his Asian-inspired creations with Mediterranean touches, showcasing dishes such as Wagyu Bolar Blade Beef Tartare, Soybean Croquette, Grilled Prawn with Peri-Peri Sauce, and Lamb Merguez with Harissa.
