The inaugural event features a creative partnership with Dome by Potato Head, spotlighting signature dishes from Chef Angga and guest Chef Gunartha Tude. Expect bold, thoughtful combinations like charcoal beef with rosna sarma and mung bean, and market fish with andaliman jus and ginger flower pickle — each plate narrating a deeper connection between land, technique, and intention.
