The “Latin-Indonesia Hermanos” event is a unique culinary collaboration taking place on September 20–21, 2025, at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort. This two-day food experience brings together three acclaimed chefs—Juan Carlos Eyzaguirre from Peru, Rangga Safari from Indonesia, and Silvio Martínez from Mexico—for a bold fusion of Latin American and Indonesian flavors. Under the theme “Three Cultures. One Kitchen. A Flavor Explosion,” the event showcases a vibrant weekend of cultural and gastronomic exchange.

The festivities begin on Saturday, September 20, with “Sabores de la Calle” at &More by Sheraton, from 5 PM to 9 PM. Guests can enjoy an energetic street food experience featuring Latin and Indonesian delicacies, accompanied by live DJ music, food stalls, and traditional dancers. The celebration continues on Sunday, September 21, with “Fusión Festiva” at Daily Social from 12 PM to 3:30 PM. This brunch event blends Latin and Indonesian dishes with live music and performances, creating a dynamic and flavorful atmosphere. Hosted by Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort and supported by local and international culinary partners, the event promises an unforgettable journey through taste and culture.
