Legian, August 2025 – SKAI Bar & Grill joins forces with the island’s renowned Mano Beach House to launch their first-ever chefs’ collaboration on Saturday, 30 August 2025, from 6PM to 11PM. This exclusive one-night event invites guests on a culinary journey where Mediterranean elegance meets Asian flair, presented in an à la carte dinner experience.
The evening features two celebrated chefs, each bringing their signature styles to the table. Chef Manu, Executive Chef of Mano Beach House, highlights his Asian-inspired creations with Mediterranean touches, showcasing dishes such as Wagyu Bolar Blade Beef Tartare, Soybean Croquette, Grilled Prawn with Peri-Peri Sauce, and Lamb Merguez with Harissa. Meanwhile, Chef Samuel Barus, Chef de Cuisine of Padma Resort Legian, reinforces SKAI’s Mediterranean identity with indulgent highlights including Wagyu Striploin MB 6/7, 200+ Days Black Angus Tenderloin, and Oven-Baked Snapper en Papillote.
For dessert, guests can savour Lemon Yoghurt Panna Cotta by Chef Samuel and Smoked Banana Cake by Chef Manu—two sweet finales that complete the dining experience.
Set against SKAI’s stunning seaside backdrop, the night will be elevated with live DJ sets and acoustic performances, blending vibrant energy with coastal charm.
