Mostly x Uma Garden: 8 Hands Series – A Multicultural Culinary Collaboration at Mostly

On May 23rd at 6 PM, Mostly Restaurant & Bar in Pererenan will present the 8 Hands Series, a collaborative dining event in partnership with Uma Garden and supported by Tavolo Group and Tanau. The evening will bring together four chef’s, Boy Putra, Ade Supartika, Brigette Ibrahim, and Nathan Bratadjaja, with the contribution of Daniele Taddeo, executive chef from Tavolo Group. Each chef will present a signature dish inspired by their culinary roots. This immersive tasting experience is designed to showcase diverse cooking styles and cultural stories, offering a journey through global flavors in one shared menu.

Highlights include Brigette Ibrahim’s Rendang Wellington, Nathan Bratadjaja’s Grilled Octopus Tikka, Ade Supartika’s Lemongrass-Infused Bouillabaisse, and Boy Putra’s Picanha Prosciutto. Guests will have the opportunity to engage with the chefs and learn about the inspirations behind each course. The 8 Hands Series offers more than just a meal—it invites connection through food, storytelling, and shared experiences.
