From Spooky Dinner to Halloween Brunch: A Family Weekend at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua

Halloween at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is built for the whole family this year, running across two days and two restaurants. It starts with a themed dinner at Kwee Zeen on Saturday, 31 October, then continues with a Halloween brunch at Cucina on Sunday, 1 November. Costumes are encouraged on both days, and there’s enough for the kids to do that the adults can actually sit down and eat.

Saturday, 31 October: Halloween Dinner at Kwee Zeen

From 6pm to 10.30pm, Kwee Zeen gets a Halloween makeover. The Pan-Asian buffet mixes Asian favourites with Halloween-themed hors d’oeuvres, and the staff dress up for the night too. Children get their own programme, with spooky cartoon movies, magic performances, face painting, trick-or-treating and a dance performance.

Sunday, 1 November: Halloween Brunch at Cucina

No need to pack the costumes away yet. From 11am to 3pm, Cucina takes on a gothic look, with cobwebs and Halloween details throughout. The buffet covers French, Italian, Indian, Balinese and Japanese dishes, and there’s a separate room just for desserts. Live music and magic shows run through the afternoon, and there are prizes for the best-dressed guests.

After brunch, the party moves to Toya Beach Bar & Grill for Seaside Delight from 3pm to 5pm, with canapés and drinks included in your brunch package.
