Sundara Bar and Lounge sits beside the pool and looks out across Jimbaran Bay, creating a calm and open setting for drinks from late morning into the night. The space feels relaxed during the day and becomes more social as evening arrives.

The cocktail menu is built around flavour and story, with drinks inspired by local ingredients and Indonesian spirits. You can choose a drink based on your mood, with blends that use coconut, herbs and fruits grown on site. The bar team also works with arak and zero waste methods, giving each drink a sense of care and craft.
