Farming biodynamically and working with zero additives\, the duo is part of a new wave of winemakers shifting perceptions of German wine; bold\, unfiltered and alive in the glass. \nOn pour for the night and all by the glass: \nFreiheit Weiss 2023\nA crisp\, hazy blend of Pinot Gris\, Huxelrebe\, Riesling\, Scheurebe\, Silvaner and Pinot Blanc. Unfined\, unfiltered and unmistakably alive. \nMonsheimer Riesling 2022\nDry\, structured\, and skin-fermented – Riesling but not as you know it. \nFreiheit Rosé Fizz 2023\nBright and frizzante\, with gentle funk and a lifted finish.
