This new addition will join the curated cocktail list led by Beverage Director Denny Bakiev. \nTo accompany the drinks\, the kitchen will fire up the traditional PIB oven for two pandan-inspired dishes: lamb barbacoa wrapped in pandan tortilla\, and yellowfin tuna aquachile with pandan and cucumber. \nThis one-night showcase offers a rare chance to experience Nico’s approach to cocktails—rooted in global influence and local flavor—within the vibrant energy of Motel Mexicola Canggu.
