He and Santanera’s own Chef Andrés Becerra first cooked side-by-side in the fast-paced kitchen of MoVida Aqui\, Melbourne\, more than a decade ago. This event brings their friendship full circle\, blending nostalgia with next-level flavour. \nThe five-course set menu is a refined tribute to Ragazzi’s ingredient-driven philosophy.
