On 26 July 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Ijen presents an exclusive culinary collaboration with One Shot Miyakojima, a renowned spearfishing team from Okinawa, Japan. This unique event brings together the precision of traditional Japanese spearfishing and the rich coastal bounty of Bali.
Led by Kazuhiro Takata, One Shot Miyakojima is known for its “No Bycatch” philosophy—a sustainable approach where each fish is caught with care and respect for the ocean. The result is a seafood experience that not only highlights freshness but also honors marine conservation.
Guests can choose from two curated sharing menus: the Ijen Coastal Menu priced at IDR 550,000++ per guest, and the One Shot Signature Menu at IDR 1,200,000++ per guest. Each dish showcases locally sourced fish and seafood from the waters around Bali and Nusa Penida.
Optional drink pairings, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic selections, will be available to enhance the culinary journey. Special pricing on wine bottles will be offered exclusively for attendees of this event.
