This September, Da Maria joins the global Negroni Week celebration – a movement that began in 2013 as a small gathering of bars mixing for a cause, now inspiring bartenders worldwide to reimagine the iconic cocktail while raising funds for charity. For one week only, they’re taking the Italo classic and giving it four fresh new personalities: unexpected botanicals, infused spirits, and bold twists that stay true to the Negroni’s bitter-sweet soul.
On the menu: The Classic Negroni – Gin, Vermouth Rosso, Campari, standing strong as the timeless icon.
Alongside it, three original twists by Denny Bakiev and Luca Marcolin:
• The Rosa Guava (gin, guava wine, secco vermouth, Campari)
• The Salato Banana (salted banana gin, Rosso Vermouth, Campari)
• The Tropico Rosso (coconut rum, jackfruit, toasted coconut arak,
