Renowned for their innovation in sustainability, flavour, and technique, the duo has helped shape the future of modern bartending. Whiley, the force behind nine award-winning venues, and Whearty, founder of the internationally recognized BYRDI, are also co-founders of Like Minded Creatures—a global project exploring the future of drinks and hospitality.
