This special collaboration brings together Angelo Immorlano, Bar Manager at Nobu Dubai, with Denny Bakiev and Luca Marcolin from Da Maria, for a one-off celebration of modern Italian and Japanese flavour principles. The trio, veterans of some of the world’s top bars, present a dual menu of cocktails focused on precision, clarity, and creativity.
Expect signature creations like a tiramisu-inspired Negroni, a yuzu and coffee highball, and a sparkling sgroppino with citrus, basil, and pet-nat — cocktails that balance Nobu’s technical rigour with Da Maria’s playful Italian soul.
