Sydney’s cult-favourite Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is leaving Bondi for Bali—just for one night. On Sunday 13 July, Icebergs’ Head Chef Alex Prichard and Bar Director Matty Opai land at Da Maria to throw down a dream dinner of refined Italian coastal classics, cocktails with backbone, and that signature Icebergs attitude.
Think Grassfed Beef Tartare with Crisp Potato, a luxe XO Koshihikari Risotto, and that famous tableside tiramisu whipped with Whittaker’s chocolate and Vittoria coffee. Meanwhile, the bar is shaking things up with signature Icebergs numbers, including the No. 8 (Campari, Cîroc Vodka, Ruby Grapefruit) and a summer-perfect Sgroppino spiked with Don Julio Rosado.
The vibe? High style meets beach culture. Both venues were designed by Roman architects Lazzarini Pickering, so expect an aesthetic that’s slick, Mediterranean, and built for good times.
As dinner turns into a dance floor, Michelle Owen, Sara Siu, and Dan.B take over the decks—bringing that electric Da Maria Sundays energy straight through ‘til late.
